That formula gives it a 35 day window. Easter can land anywhere from March 22 to April 25, so it wanders across a month and a bit while every other spring holiday stays put.
- Good Friday is two days before, and Easter Monday is the day after. Both are public holidays in much of Europe.
- Orthodox Easter usually falls on a different Sunday because it uses the older Julian calendar for the calculation.
